Shipping charges within the UK...

All packages shipped are insured for their full value.

For items upto the value of £50, we charge £3.95 to cover postage and packaging costs.
​
For items valued above £50, we provide a free postage service, so there are no postage costs to add on.
​
If we are given an incorrect or incomplete address and are consequently billed by the postal services for a correction, the client will subsequently be billed for this charge. All items are shipped using major courier and postal services, and each item is packed with extreme care and attention.

Return Information...
​
Most items purchased from Premier Animation may be returned subject to a satisfactory reason, within 7 days of purchase for credit or exchange. Returned items must be shipped back in their original condition with postage covered. If you wish to cancel your order please write to us at the address provided on the contact page, with details of your cancellation. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take good care of them.
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the 7th working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.
All returns must have a return authorisation number printed clearly on the outside of the package, otherwise they shall not be accepted. A return authorisation number can be obtained from Premier Animation via e-mail. Shipping charges are NOT refundable, and any damage to the artwork or frame may be deducted from the credit or exchange. Special orders, Framing costs or any alterations to the framing before purchase, studio purchases, and discounted purchases (special offers, group reductions, damage reductions) , are all exempt from our returns policy and non returnable and non refundable.
Price's

The prices set out on Premier Animation's website are in UK Pound Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom rated VAT where applicable. You, the buyer, are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which apply in the country to which the products are delivered. Delivery charges apply and are displayed during the order process.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money which we have taken from you.

Availability of Artwork...
​
Artwork which is in stock at the time of order, is shipped as soon as payment has cleared. All artwork is subject to prior sale. Premier Animation will immediately check the availability of an item for you and offer an alternative recommendation if the original piece you desired is no longer available.

We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and despatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
Authenticity of Artwork...

Premier Animation guarantees the authenticity of every piece we sell as represented by our Certificate of Authenticity. If a piece of artwork is accompanied by a studio Certificate of Authenticity, then we do not issue an additional Certificate of Authenticity.
Payment Options...

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Solo, Paypal, UK Postal Orders, UK Cheques, Money Orders in UK Sterling, Foreign Postal Orders in UK Sterling, Western Union and Cash.

Layaway Option...
​
To spread the cost of your artwork, you can pay for the item over a period of four months. Each month you will be required to pay a 25% installment of the total cost via post dated cheques, or any other preferred payment option. Please note that the first 25% installment is non refundable. We hold your artwork until all payments have been received. Once the artwork is paid for in full, we will then ship the item.

Please note that if any payment is not received within five working days of the agreed due date, we will, with regret, be required to charge a service fee of £25 for each monthly occurance. If the layaway monthly payment is overdue for 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and reoffer the artwork for sale.
